Happy New Year everyone!
I hope everyone had a spectacular Christmas. I can't believe another one has come and gone. When I was a kid Christmas couldn't come fast enough. Now I struggle to fit in everything I want to do before the holiday season is over. And then there's my kids who couldn't believe they had to wait 3 weeks to open the presents from Grandpa Jones and Grandma Jackie that I should not have put under the tree so early.
Anyway, I love Christmas and everything it represents. All the warm feelings of love, gratitude, hope and charity which surround this holiday make me a little emotional that even listening to my kids sing along with Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer on the radio brings a tear to my eye. These little things help me to appreciate my wonderful little family. Oh how grateful I am for them! Here are some photos of our fun Christmas morning.
Christmas Eve PJs

Blake was a present opening machine. This was not what I was expecting. I figured he'd be like his brothers and want to sit and play with the first present he opened and forget all the rest. Nope. He opened all of his and then tried to open everyone else's. This is him pouting after we stopped him from opening one of Porter's presents.
Also, this is Blake's super hero cape I made for him. I got the idea from my sister-in-law who made them for her kids for Christmas too. It turned out so cute but Blake kept it on for about 2 seconds. The other two boys got homemade Jedi robes.
