Back to the HEAT!

I want to share some of our photos from our three week trip to Utah. It was a fun trip! I wish I had taken more pictures. The boys had a great time visiting and playing with their Grandma and Grandpa Meek, Uncle Nate, Uncle Wilson and Aunt Jocelyn.

We took the boys to "This is the Place" Heritage Park. They enjoyed it more than I thought they would. Grandma Meek bought them each cowboy hats which they proudly wore. Tyler and Porter each got an old fashion shave and we had a hard time pulling them away from the farm animals.

We played at the Gateway Fountains.

Blake was so tuckered out, he fell asleep on Aunt Jocelyn watching TV. Like I said, they loved wearing those cowboy hats.

Of course our trip would not be complete without a trip to the Alpine slides in Park City.

Partying with the second cousins!
(I think they are second cousins. What do you call your cousin's kids?)

We hung out at the pool a lot because the boys LOVE swimming. My dad also bought Porter and Tyler tennis rackets and took them to play several times. They played great and now I can't wait to sign them up for lessons. All this, and we watched Wimbledon. Tyler and I enjoyed watching Roger Federer.

Ah, Utah in July. I'm surprised we didn't run into you somewhere!

They look so cute in their hats.

Blake says that everything at that "This is the place" park is free. True? We need free stuff to do.

No, not free. Kids over 3 are $6 and adults are $8 I think.

Looks like a jam packed trip! My sis, Amy, said she ran into you and that your kids are the spittin image of the meek boys when they were little.

So fun! Brooke and I went to TITP too! The kids loved it as well! Porter looks like your Dad in the cousin photo.

Your first cousins' kids are your first cousins once removed (i.e. removed as in a level up/down on the family tree). They are your kids' second cousins.

Your first cousins' grandkids would be your first cousins twice removed (i.e. two levels up/down).
